Project description
This project consists of irrigation improvement works implemented under the ABADEI Program (UNDP) in Khas Uruzgan District, Uruzgan Province, covering Center Village, Qadam Shali, and Hazar Qadam to address water scarcity caused by prolonged drought.
The scope includes canal lining, construction of weir, wing walls and canal extensions, installation of precast slabs and steel control gates, as well as earthworks and masonry/concrete works (PCC, RCC). All works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, BoQs, and technical specifications to improve water management, support agricultural productivity, and enhance community resilience.
