The features of work which had been carried out by WZCC in this project was: Survey, Adapt Civil Design, Geotechnical
Investigation (buildings and water tower), Site Grading, Water Supply and Distribution System including 20 m water
tower with 27 M3 steel water tank, Storm Drainage System, Electrical Distribution System with 2 sets generators (200 KW each), Sanitary Sewer Collection and Treatment System with construction of Septic Tank and Leach Field, construction of Water Well (120 m deep), Well House (20 sqm), Stone & core concrete Perimeter wall around (127 m x 134 m) area with 4 Guard Towers, 3 Parking areas (2 for 24 small vehicles and 1 for 5 trucks), 3km Access Roads, Construction of Administration building (507 sqm), DFAC Building (354 sqm) with 25.6 sqm wood storage and 10.24 sqm kitchen annex, Toilet/Shower/Landry/Ablution building (203 sqm), Barrack Open Bay (579 sqm), Barrack Senior/High (423 sqm), Warehouse (63 sqm), POL (20 sqm), Secure Storage (90.5 sqm), Guard Shake (12 sqm), Gate House site after handover, ECP Canopy, two Flag Poles and 1 Speaker pole, Walkways and Placing of Vehicle Barriers and more..
