This Environmental and Social Compliance Plan has been developed to identify and manage environmental and social risks associated with the Construction of 80 Livestock Shelters Project in Herat Province.
The plan establishes mitigation measures, monitoring procedures, and responsibilities to minimize negative environmental and social impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
