The scope of the project was construction of 7 single and double story buildings on 3D-panel methodology, 460m perimeter wall made of RCC concrete in foundation, stone masonry, RCC cape and concertina wire on the top, five guard towers on the corners made of RCC concrete, ECP and guard room, mechanical and electrical systems setup, paved access roads with curbs and vehicle barriers, storm drainage and utility works .It is good to mention that some of the equipment and material were provided by the prime contractor F|CEC such as 3D Panels, generators, electrical
